Knowledge that needs to know for using the refrigerator car

I. Refrigerator car ≠ refrigeratory  The refrigerator car mainly functions to keep the temperature of goods.
Many customers believe that the refrigerating unit on the refrigerator car may freely freeze or heat the goods loaded in the compartment to the necessary temperature. In fact, this is a serious mistake. Refrigerating unit functions to keep the temperature of goods, instead of lowering their temperature. It is similar to the cotton quilt used for covering the cold drinks in the past. When the goods are covered and when the external temperature enters the compartment of the refrigerator car via radiation, conduction and convection, it will be taken away by the cool air as blown by the refrigerating unit. In this way, the hot source will be isolated from entering the goods. 
 
II. The loaded goods must meet the transport temperature. Otherwise, the goods may go bad.
Many customers believe that goods whose temperature is too high or too low are put into the compartment of the refrigerator car, and then set the refrigerating unit to the shipping temperature as necessary for shipping the goods, until finally lower or raise the goods temperature to the necessary temperature for some time. This is also mistaken. In fact, if the goods are shipped in this way, the goods temperature will not be lowered (or raised), but will be damaged or go bad.
The cool air as blown from the refrigerating unit will change the goods temperature and the goods moisture will run away. This will make the goods quality changed. Therefore, the goods quality will be reduced, their storage duration shortened and even the goods will decay and go bad. 
You may ship a car of fresh green bean. When reached the destination, the goods will become dry and the weight will be greatly reduced. So this is a trouble. This is also why generally the refrigerator car will ship goods from the refrigeratory, and seldom ship the goods directly from the field.  

  
III. The refrigerating unit must be closed when loading and unloading goods by refrigerator car
Many customers do not turn off the refrigerating unit when loading and unloading goods, because they believe that the goods temperature will go up slowly. In fact, this is a terrible mistake.
If the refrigerating unit is not closed and when the compartment door is opened, because the fan of the evaporator of the refrigerating unit is operating, the fan will blow the cool air out of the upper part of the compartment, whereas the lower part will quickly absorb the hot air outside into the compartment, thus leading the temperature in the compartment to go up quickly. If the goods are loaded and unloaded after turning off the refrigerating unit, because the fan has stopped, the air flow will stop, the wind pressure inside and outside the compartment is the same, and the hot air hot will enter the compartment more slowly.
